  • Available playing times are shown on the Booking Sheets.
  • You MUST NOT use the courts without having made an online booking.
  • You must select your playing partner(s)/opponent's name(s) to show on the Booking Sheets.
  • "Side-by-side" bookings are not allowed.

Booking Fees

  • There are no court booking fees for Dunnings SRC and Acorns members.
  • However, you must not be owing guest fees, late-cancellation or no-show charges in order to book courts (see Member Accounts below).

Guest Fees

  • If you're playing a Guest (non-member), then you must select either "*** Adult Guest £5", "*** Junior Guest £3", "*** Family Guest Adult £2.50" or "*** Family Guest Junior £1.50" as your playing partner to show on the booking sheets.
  • The system will automatically charge the guest fee shown to your booking system account (see Member Accounts below).
  • If you're no longer playing a Guest, you can change your playing partner/opponent to a member, and the Guest Fee will be removed.
  • This can be done when you book the court or any time before playing.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • When unable to use a reserved court, you should cancel as soon as possible so that the court may be used by other members.
  • There is no late-cancellation charge if you cancel more than 48 hours prior to start time.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours prior, a £3 late cancellation penalty is charged to your booking system account, however, this late-cancellation charge is automatically removed (refunded) if the same court and start time is rebooked.

Check-In/No-Show Policy

  • If you booked the court, you must check-in to confirm court usage within 1 hour prior to the reserved start time (or within 1 hour after playing).
  • Any selected playing partner/opponent may also check-in to confirm court usage on behalf of the member who booked the court.
  • You can check-in on the "kiosk" touch screen system by the courts with your system PIN. If you do not know your PIN, login to the booking system website and click the link to "Change Passord or PIN".
  • You can also check-in using your mobile/smart phones when within 50 metres of the club entrance, as follows.
  • If you booked the court and do not check-in, the system will automatically charge a £5 "no-show" penalty to your booking system account, as follows.
    • On the first occasion, there is no charge for the "no-show".
    • Thereafter, a £5 no-show penalty will be charged to your booking system account.
    • On each occasion, the system sends you an email notification at 10am on the day following the no-show with a reminder to check-in next time.

Member Accounts

  • If your member account is outstanding with guest fees, late-cancellation or no-show charges, you must top-up your booking system account in order to have a least zero balance in order to continue booking courts.
  • You can purchase credit (£3 minimum) with any credit/debit card when logged in.
  • Your transaction will be processed by Stripe, and your booking system account will be credited immediately.
