Dear club member,
The Committee would like to recieve your feedback/comments on the club as a whole including the site and its operation. This is in preparation for a meeting of the chairs of all the affiliated clubs with Trustees of East Grinstead Sports Club on 11th January with the aim of creating an action plan with Wave Leisure to enhance the customer experience at the club.
The Trust is very much aware that the bar and catering service needs to be improved and the trustees have already agreed with Wave management that a project group should be established asap to look at the various options for future provision. If any of you would be interested in joining this group or willing to personally lead this project and chair the group, then please let me know.
