As previously announced, the AGM is to be held at 7.30pm on 7th September 2022 at East Grinstead Sports Club and as a Dunnings member you are entitled, indeed encouraged, to attend.
One of the items on the agenda is the election of the committee for the coming year and whilst you can of course vote in person at the meeting, it is not always possible for people to make it there and so, in order to achieve a quorum for the vote you are invited to vote by reply email . All I need from you is a YES or NO to cast your vote for the election of the following committee members:
Chairman: Martin Reuter
Treasurer: Neil Cooper
Committee Members: Ian Bellis, Rob Greengrass, Eliot Law, Adam Hayward, Julie Greengrass, Brad Pearman & Matt Smith.
I would be grateful if you could reply as soon as possible but no later than midnight on 6th September 2022.
Please feel free to raise any issues directly with me by email or WhatsApp either with thi vote or in general or that you wish to be raised at the AGM.
